移植前のがん

　移植前のがんについてのコンセンサス・エキスパート・オピニオン・ステートメント（AJT 2021 21 460-474）に、頻度の高いがんについて、種類と程度ごとの推奨が載っている。個々の推奨を覚えることはできないし、いずれ変わるが、キーワードは、

　である。また、現場で感じることは、がんの専門家の意見ももらう（clearance）が、移植チームとしてこの問題のownershipを持たなければならないということだ。がんの専門家は、移植の専門家ではないからだ。もちろん移植の専門家もがんの専門家ではないが、移植する以上、おまかせにはできない。
